The Bigger Picture

Our logo embodies our vision for sustainable and just food systems for all people. The honeycomb is an evolutionary design that symbolizes this collective ideal; it uses the least material necessary to achieve the maximum benefit for its inhabitants. Connect Nutrition aims to achieve this goal by helping to create healthy communities, people, and organizations symbolized by the three citrus shaded cells. The green colored structure of the honeycomb symbolizes Connect Nutrition’s commitment to environmentally sustainable solutions and world peace.

Working Towards a Sustainable Hunger Free World

Connect Nutrition was founded to address the need for unique and innovative solutions to solve the problems of inadequate nutrition, hunger, and food insecurity. We do this by assisting local, national, and international non-profit/non-governmental organizations, government agencies, small businesses, and community groups in all aspects of program design, evaluation, training and management, policy analysis, and advocacy in the areas of food security, community development, and poverty alleviation. Connect Nutrition's consultants work with our clients to create nutrition programs meeting the needs of families and communities, particularly under-served populations.

Our Vision

We envision a hunger free world, in which every person has access to affordable, safe, nutritious, and sustainably grown food.

Our Mission

Connect Nutrition's mission is to connect people with the resources they need to feed their families and communities. We do this by:

*Connecting organizations to the resources they need to serve their clients and target populations.

*Connecting communities through coalition-building and the development of sustainable solutions to reduce poverty.

*Connecting people to the resources needed to feed their families.
